Alienware Sucks

Another half hour spent on hold for customer support with Alienware. Last tech told me that all I would have to do is give my account number, credit card number and they’d ship the chips. NOPE. This dumbass wanted to troubleshoot the system again. I’m not very nice to computer companies these days and this time was no exception. I ripped the guy a new one for breaking the last guys promise, for having a level of performance that is expected but never delivered and for outsourcing their support jobs to a foreign nation.

If it hadn’t been for the insurance money I would never have bought from them. I still don’t recommend that anyone purchases from them.

The upside is that when I get this new hardware installed I’ll be able to sell this system also.
