Alienware sucks again

Then he fucked up the motherboard configuration I was asking about. And he really didn’t like to hear how he had fucked up. Not that I like it, but I don’t work for the premiere mobile phone company in the world. I work for the fifth and falling mobile phone company in America.
Anyhow, I’ll never buy from these bozos again.

Well dipshit, after working on computers since 1982 I’d say that pretty unlikely. In fact, in this case I know it was unlikely.
Why?
Because this was a machine that out of the box wouldn’t burn CDs. But the dipshit at Alienware was trying to get me to move cables around to fix it. Now, understand that Alienware is supposed to be one of the most hot shit computer company’s in the world. I don’t mind moving cables around if I had modified my setup or installed some aftermarket software. Also understand that Alienware tries to install their components in a really clean manner, so they quickzip every single cable into place. So in order to make the changes he was asking for I’d have to cut all the cables loose.
Finally, fully understand that the idiot confessed to me that 20 minutes into the call he’d be looking at the wrong documentation the whole time. He had the wrong motherboard diagnostics up and the wrong knowledgebase articles up.
It took them 6 weeks to produce my computer and a full week of this was supposed to be because they were testing out functionality like this. In fact they even sent the printouts from the diagnostics to show how hard they’d been at work.
Look, Alienware sucks. Anyone who really games knows this. I wonder why they get 2 out of 5 stars at epinions.com? http://www.epinions.com/Alienware_PC_Systems_Online_Stores_Services
