Big agro-business kicks Bessie in her all natural tits

So decent honest farmers have been trying to differentiate themselves in the market by listing themselves as rBGH free.  The large farms are pissed about it and tried to ban this labeling at a national level.  I’m not really sure why this hasn’t been fought at a freedom of speech level, but apparently it hasn’t.

Yesterday, Monsanto managed to ban the labeling by the decent farmers in Ohio.  Link to more here.

And just so I don’t seem all black helicopter, shizo about this, read the link and see that Wal-mart and Krogers have already gone completely to non-rBGH milk already.  When huge retail outfits do this across the board, it’s because the alternative was about as good for you as antifreeze is for kittens.
